Karia

Between the Holy Monastery of the Dormition of the Virgin Mary on Mount Kechrovouni and the archaeological site of Exombourgo, 7km north of Chora (Tinos Town) there is the historical village of Karia. Karia is a majestic, traditional settlement located in the midst of an exceptionally serene Tinian landscape, while far off in the distance one can make out the port of Tinos and the Aegean beyond.
